RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return/Exchanges Policy
Customers are responsible for the return cost. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, and/or unworn-ed, and returned in its original packaging. The customer should contact us via email with the order number and explain if it is a return or exchange.
-Merchandise must be used a tracking number. To insure that your item is returned safely to us.
-Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
-The following items can't be returned:

*Personalized pieces.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds can take up to 7 days from the day we receive your return to be processed by us, please allow extra 2-5 business days to see your refund on your statement. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
Upon receipt and processing of your return, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment (only). Taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, excluding any shipping charges paid by the customer.
